Prince Edward County Administrator Wade Bartlett Tours County

During a recent Staff Strategy Meeting, Prince Edward County Administrator Wade Bartlett was found to be unruly and out of order. Therefore, he was forcibly removed (it took only one small woman to perform this task) and taken to the Debtor's Prison Stocks for 3 minutes of public humiliation.

After only 30 seconds Wade was trying to charm his way out of the stocks - but the rest of the team held firm. It was going to be the entire 3 minutes!
