REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Courthouse Business Telephone System
& Voice Processing System Upgrades

The County of Prince Edward, Virginia will accept proposals until July 29, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., local time, from reputable manufacturers and distributors of Toshiba business telephone systems and voice mail equipment.  The County will retain and reuse existing Toshiba telephones.  Submittals shall be mailed to:  County of Prince Edward, W.W. Bartlett, County Administrator, Post Office Box 382, 111 South Street, 3rd Floor, Farmville, Virginia  23901.  The County of Prince Edward reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted.  A complete copy of the RFP may be requested by contacting the Prince Edward County Administrator’s Office at 434-392-8837, or click below.  The County of Prince Edward encourages Small, Women-Owned and Minority-Owned businesses to respond to this RFP.
