Sandy River Reservoir Fishing Tournament Application & Duck Hunting Permit
All persons interested in holding a fishing tournament at Sandy River Reservoir must complete a Fishing Tournament Application (see below).
After the tournament, a Fish Data Form must be completed (see instructions on form).
All related regulations must be adhered to before fishing begins.

The Sandy River is "blocked out" during certain dates and allows no tournaments from July 15 through September 15, as well as ALL holidays.
Prince Edward County allows duck hunting on the Sandy River Reservoir; however, a waterfowl permit must be obtained from the County Administrator's Office prior to hunting. For more details, please contact the County Administrator's Office at 434.392.8837.
