County Administration

The County Administrator's Office is responsible for the overall administration of the county government. This office executes the policies of the Board of Supervisors and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of local government.

Douglas P. Stanley, County Administrator and Clerk to the Board

Douglas P. “Doug” Stanley was appointed County Administrator for Prince Edward County, Virginia effective November 16, 2020.  Mr. Stanley currently serves on various boards and councils, and holds the distinction of being an International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Credentialed Manager.  Click here to read more.
