Recycling
Prince Edward County offers recycling opportunities at all seven of the County's manned convenience centers. Materials currently accepted are:
- newspaper
- plastic containers (Types 1-7)
- cardboard
- scrap metal, including refrigerators and freezers
Recyclables are taken by the County to the following locations for processing:
STEPS, Inc. in Farmville
- Newspaper, plastic, and cardboard
