In accordance with Sec. 33.2.331 of the Code of Virginia, a joint County-VDOT public hearing will be held on the proposed County Secondary Six-Year Plan for FY2026-2031 & the Secondary System Construction Budget for FY2026. All road projects in the Secondary Six-Year Plan that are eligible for federal funds will be included in the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), which documents how Virginia will obligate federal transportation funds.
