Draper Goes Above and Beyond

FARMVILLE, Va. (September 30, 2025) – At its September 9, 2025 meeting, the Board of Supervisors had the pleasure of recognizing the September Employee of the Month, Prince Edward County’s Chief Deputy Commissioner of Revenue, Heaven L. Draper.  Draper has served the County in the Commissioner’s Office for five years and was recently promoted to the position of Chief Deputy.

“Heaven goes above and beyond in assisting the public and supporting her colleagues,” said Crystal L. Hensley, Commissioner of Revenue. “I am grateful to Heaven for her professionalism, initiative and commitment to uplifting others.  Prince Edward County is fortunate to have her on our team.”
