Sgt. Green Sets a Standard of Excellence
FARMVILLE, Va. (July 15, 2025) – At its July 8, 2025 meeting, the Board of Supervisors had the pleasure of recognizing the County’s July Employee of the Month, Prince Edward County Sheriff’s Deputy, Sergeant Kim Green. Sgt. Green is a seven-year employee of the Sheriff’s Department.
“Sergeant Green’s unwavering dedication, professionalism, and team-first attitude make her invaluable to the Sheriff’s Office and the entire County,” said Sheriff L.A. “Tony” Epps. “Her tireless work behind the scenes ensures our courtroom operations run smoothly, and her commitment to supporting her colleagues sets a standard of excellence.”
To be considered for Employee of the Month, an employee must demonstrate at least one of the County’s core values: Customer Service, Teamwork, Innovation Initiative, Attitude Displayed, and Positive Action.
