Special Use Permit request filed by Michael and Helen Royea for a proposal to operate a rural events center on land totaling 136.49 +/- acres denoted as Tax Map Parcel 055-A-32 with an address of 25943 Prince Edward Highway, Rice, VA on US Route 460, which is zoned Agricultural Conservation (Al) District.
