As a result of recent winter storms and subsequent closures of County Courthouse Offices, the Return of Tangible Personal Property forms will be mailed to taxpayers this week. Because of the delay, the deadline for returning these forms to the Commissioner’s Office has been extended to the close of business on Monday, March 16, 2026.
Effective January 1, 2026, taxpayers will no longer be required to annually submit an Antique Vehicle Certification Form to qualify for an exemption from personal property taxation. Please click link to read more.
