When citizens and businesses complete new construction or additions to a residential and commercial structure during a tax year, that property will receive a field visit from an assessor from Vision Government Solutions, Inc., formerly Pearson's Appraisals, for the purpose of determining the value of the new construction for tax purposes. Effective July 31, 2025, Prince Edward County is making major improvements to the Worsham Convenience Center to better serve our residents. Construction will begin in early August 2025, and should be completed in January 2026, weather permitting. For more information, click the link below.
