Deputy ACO Witmer Recognized, January Employee of the Month

Employee of the Month, January 2025, Ariel Witmer

FARMVILLE, Va. (January 15, 2025) – At its January 14th meeting, the Prince Edward County Board of Supervisors recognized the County’s January Employee of the Month, Ariel Witmer, a Deputy Animal Control Officer who joined the Animal Control Department in December of 2020. 

“Congratulations to Ariel for being selected as the County’s first Employee of the Month for 2025,” said Chief Animal Control Officer, Adam Mumma.  “This honor reflects not only her hard work and dedication, but also the exceptional teamwork and commitment she brings to our mission of protecting the community and its animals. Ariel is an invaluable member of our team, and her efforts make a real difference every day.”
