June Employee of the Month Recognized

Deputy Womack is Nominated by Three Judges

FARMVILLE, Va. (June 27, 2025) – At its June 10, 2025 meeting, the Board of Supervisors had the pleasure of recognizing the County’s June Employee of the Month, Prince Edward County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Womack, a Court Security Officer.  Deputy Womack joined the Sheriff’s Department in November of 2012.

“I believe the fact that Deputy Womack was nominated by Judge Blessing, Judge Fariss and Judge Dunkum speaks for itself,” said Sheriff L.A. “Tony” Epps. “Womack is a dedicated officer who performs his duties with excellence. His reliability, courtesy, and humility make him a true asset to our department and courthouse security.”
